I’ve generally liked the writing and found it clear and easy to follow. That said, the most recent piece I read felt a little rushed in places, so that’s kind of sticking with me right now. Overall it’s still good, just not always as polished as I’d like.

I check InTouch every now and then, but the stories usually feel kinda old by the time they show up. Like, half the stuff I read there is something I already saw on Instagram, TikTok, or another gossip site a day or two earlier.

For a gossip site, timing Really matters. If the news is already making the rounds everywhere else, there’s not much reason for me to click. It just feels like they’re always playing catch up instead of actually being current...

I tried reading a couple articles on intouchweekly.com, but the site was just painfully slow. The pages kept freezing up and the pics took forever to load. After waiting around for a bit, I just gave up and left. not worth the hassle if a normal page can’t even load right.

I’ve been using the app for a bit and it seems fine overall, with a few useful features and a simple enough layout. It’s easy to get around, and I was hoping to keep using it regularly, but after a while the pop-up ads started showing up so often that it got annoying.

They make everything sound like some massive drama, so you go through the effort of clicking and reading, and then the article barely has any new info. It feels like a waste of time half the time. Some of the stories are decent, but the clickbait makes using the site way more annoying than it needs to be.

It took me a little while to figure out, but I was able to get it canceled in the end

I had a minor issue with my account, so I emailed support. They replied sooner than I expected and took care of it without making it a whole drawn-out thing, which is really all you want in that situation. It wasn’t completely perfect, but overall the service was solid.

I usually pop onto intouchweekly.com when I just want a quick catch-up on celeb stuff. They cover a nice mix of people too, not only the same handful of huge names, which I appreciate. Some of the articles are a little short, or feel like I’ve kind of seen the same info somewhere else before, but... it’s still easy to scroll through and there’s usually something new to read. Not perfect, but good for casual celeb browsing.

I signed up expecting the emails to be more like the celeb news I usually read on the site, but a lot of them feel random or just not that interesting. Sometimes the stories are already old by the time they hit my inbox, so I end up skipping most of them. What bugs me too is how it feels like they technically meet whatever newsletter promise they made, but only because the wording is vague enough to cover almost anything they send. I don’t expect perfection, but I do think they should be more accountable about their bias and be upfront when they’re pushing a certain angle.

Customer service does respond, which I appreciate, but I still feel like I’m checking in every week to make sure I’m not missing something. For a paid subscription, it’s a little frustrating

I’d say the subscription is good for what it costs, especially if you check celebrity news often. Some articles aren’t really my thing, and from the tone of a few stories I kind of assume they’re aiming more for hardcore celeb followers than casual readers like me. Still, there’s enough I enjoy that I’m keeping it. Solid 4 stars.
